We handle orders as quickly as possible, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. We ship on Monday through Friday.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as methods of payment. All Fierce Hugs Inc. prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, and for international orders, your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically.

Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.

The Federal Government requires that we collect tax for items shipped to Virginia, where Fierce Hugs is located.

Shipping Policies

Shipping within the United States

Fierce Hugs offers a simple inexpensive flat rate shipping fee no matter how much you purchase for delivery to a single address. The flat rate shipping fee for anywhere in the United States is $5.00 and will include either delivery confirmation or tracking information.

Fierce Hugs will ship to all United States and territories, APO/FPO and Canada. Orders shipping to APO, FPO, PO Boxes, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands and Samoa are shipped through the United States Postal Service and cannot be expedited.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Orders sent to Post Office boxes can only be sent via USPS priority mail.

Shipping times

Regular service: 3-7 business days, sent by USPS Priority Mail.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Fierce Hugs, Inc. (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

Fierce Hugs offers a simple inexpensive flat rate shipping fee no matter how much you purchase for delivery to a single address. The flat rate shipping fee for anywhere in Canada is $10.00.

Orders to Canada are shipped by a traceable method. However, Fierce Hugs is only responsible for the delivery of your packages up to the port of entry. We are not responsible for packages held by customs.

Customs Fees

Orders may be charged taxes, duties, and customes fees by Canadian customs and are the customer's responsibility.

All customs forms will reflect the total value of your purchase as Merchandise. Fierce Hugs is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.

Shipping outside the United States and Canada

Fierce Hugs offers a simple flat rate shipping fee no matter how much you purchase for delivery to a single address. The flat rate shipping fee for anywhere outside the United States and Canada is $25.00.

International orders are shipped by a traceable method. However, Fierce Hugs is only responsible for the delivery of your packages up to the port of entry. We are not responsible for packages held by customs.
